Not down ramping the market is leaving this disasterous stock alone for a long while in my guess.

You cannot have it all one way - sometimes the reality of the moment has to confront you.

More shares (in fact a third more) results in alot less actual share value. Its not down ramping its the way the market works - its the way anything works for that matter.

You wouldnt buy a flat in a suburb that is about to have a new flat built in it for every three already existing would you - the price would plummet on new supply.
