Before going for the recently concluded CR, the management most probably knew that the quarterly was not good and Thai Fish Union trial was not going to lead to an order. Still directors have invested a significant amount and returned more than $250k to investors who wanted to fully participate in the CR. There must be a reason for that. I am still positive on the turnaround.
