    That explains what I have said before my friends.

    The man is not a dill. He knows what he is talking about and he knows and declared openly, that we have been screwed.

    KPMG is also backing him, and they are the ones who, as an Independent Expert, usually goes with the Management recommendations.

    What made them go in this way and say that the offer is not fair.??
