The incentive to the vendor/merchant is 1.5% if much cheaper then the 4-5% other providers such as Z1P and APT use. The incentive the consumer is they are using existing credit card, no setting up new accounts or get new credit lines which can affect credit rating etc. Remember SPT is not going after the same merchant/client base as an APT, its going after higher priced items.
