@Smoking - it seems clear that you are in the red here, and it could be that your losses are hard for you to accommodate. If so I commiserate and speak with great respect. But frankly, calling for resignations (which you have absolutely no hope of putting through) suggests that the reasons for your difficulties is plain to see.
We all have to do our DD and on an ongoing basis - we prosper or fail on that exercise. We have the choice - 1. Swallow the bad luck/decisions of the past and hold for a change of fortune. 2. Sell and go away. 3. Sell and stash the cash to buy back.
For goodness sake do one or the other, and save us your heartache and anxiety. Good luck.
