Robert, I shy away from any financial trickery and ideas like negative gearing and the like. If something makes money, then its ok, if you have to be creative on financials to make it look good.....then you most likely will still wake up with an ugly one.......
I pay tax because I make money....and am happy to do so. Any company that needs to fiddle the books with fancy terms should really be shut down.
MCO will make money, real money, and I hope we pay lots of tax and everyone benifits....I know NG has a finance background but it good to see him now trying to create real wealth, not just paper shuffling.
