Everyone has assets. Even if its a toilet brush left behind in the corner of MPs personal office, everyone has them.
It's just a matter of whether there is any truth that Quiktrak's technology is worth anything in beholders eyes.
As I suggested a long time ago, this was all going to unravel when noteholders were due to be paid and if there was any interest in QTKs technology it was just a matter for security firms in South Africa to bide their time.
The bottom line is that if the QTK technology was so fantastic then one of these large security firms would have snapped up exclusive rights and/or bought out QTK. MP would have snapped at an exclusive rights arrangement if not just for the premium it would attract.
Of course none of this ever, or was ever likely to happen.
