This is getting ridiculous. The scale-back was done on a pro rata basis, calculated off your amount of shares owned at the record date. He owned more shares than you so he got more in the placement. That's all there is to it.
There are others right here on hotcopper who got the same 3198 that he did as they had enough shares on the record date to do so
