I went back through the substantial announcements and worked out Brookfield made about 10.67 million in gains on the deal. That is 21.3% gain.
Plus 1,728,483.42 in divs.
IMHO they saw the growth slowing down and decided to move on. Maybe they felt they had added enough value in guidance?
