The weedkiller thing is a bit scary. I was discussing this with a neighbour the other day as we both use a reasonable amount on our boundaries. I don't spray near my kids and I've already exchanged spray for mulch on our trees and garden beds and looking at alternatives for grass/weeds around the boundary.

I'm obviously in RAC for the $, but hope that they go all the way for the patient. That is the most important thing.

The reason I asked was because when I did my research into MRD I found that it has been a topic of interest for a number of years now and there was even an article from ROCHE saying that they are focusing on changing MRD from positive to negative as an endpoint to increase survival rates, however I couldn't find any drugs or trials that are similar to RAC pipeline.

I watched a good video on youtube (I can't remember if someone shared it here or if I found it with Google) that talks about the importance of doing sequencing to see the MRD result early. In the video it had a large number of professors from different institutes - from MD Anderson Centre it was Guillermo Garcia-Manero - and they all said the focus was on MRD. Based on this I assumed there would be other companies out there trying to do / trialling what RAC is planning on doing. However, I didn't find any.... Hence the question.

When looking into all this I was curious to see if I could find a link with Nucleics as well but didn't.. ha

.. I'm not going to pretend I understand even a fraction of the science, so I may have seen something and not understood it so the knowledge that is shared on HC is my best friend at times and I fully appreciate everyone that shares their thoughts.

.. Good volume on RAC today. I'm set now so happy to watch on the sidelines. Hopefully it's a sign of what's to come.
