IMHO the merger will be approved, the ACCC decision made no sense. It will rationalise the sector and lead to further rationalization, ie Amaysim etc. TLS is a defensive stock, , only dropped 1c on the day the mkt was down 100+pts tls will go above$4.00, particularly when interest rate drops further.
