    Anyone know the name of the company that buys shares of companies that are in admin/receivership for a small fee? As this can drag on for years & you can't us your capital loses until all is settled. No one wants to pay capiTal gains when you have a capital lose hanging over your head which you can't use because the receivers drag out the administration process.
