I sold out this morning after seeing their JV partner continue to get smashed in the markets. How long before B&B vanish leaving GPT to manage the JV... what kind of operational issues will they face?
The market has really taken a turn for the worse and I fear GPT will tank. A real pity as my stock was meant for a longer term hold.
Any thoughts to the JV?
