Yes I don't think we have to look far. CHICO have been spending their own money running a rulers over this project since October 2019. They must know by now how good it is and want in.
Results of their investigation once released should confirm this, T20 is stable so that's a good sign
To me it seems no coincidence the shares price is being capped .
Name of the game is pay as little as possible for you equity placement. Frustrating for sure.
