my concern is they say they are taking steps to preserve cash but still forecast to spend almost $4 million for this quarter?
if that is preservation then I need to get a job at SFX. What a gravy train.
Compete mismanagement of funds through this process.
My information is that bankers are not impressed and neither are the big holders.
what price is the CR being done at and then god forbid what terms would any deal be done at if not done now?

I would also suggest the facilities in place which are subject to the equity component are also at risk now with clauses in place normally to protect against such massive losses in valuation. What are they going to secure against now? An asset which isn’t bankable?
