I don't think it helpful to holders or the BoD to bag directors for collecting fat fees and shining their bums around the big table.
The current share price is the aggregated opinion of all players. At the moment, there is considerable uncertainty about the strategy LD has announced.
1. Can a buyer be found for minority interests in CTP's producing assets at an acceptable price?
2. Will the drilling program deliver returns big enough to justify selling down producing assets?
I am much more relaxed about the second point than the first.
