I agree - a disgrace - again by Maccas. And insiders selling off in recent days. And why make a placement when a larger rights issue would have achieved the same without diluting existing shareholders as much.

Hopefully we will hear some more details of why they did it this way and what the $s were needed for now - to explian this piss-poor move. HDR said repeatedly there would be no capital raising until mid-year!!!! We have been duped again.

I'm annoyed at the moment but hope to be calm before tomorrows trading!!
