you are correct Dawg ask 1000 people of this forum 950 would shrug and say what yeah it’s a robot so lots of robots it’s the future
no one is going to be surprised by HX they fired there media shots first house built by a robot last year there is no media interest there is no surprise
it’s expected these homes will be built what will the SP do jack that’s what because it’s known it’s factored in to the sp which is wayyy over valued given the lack of revenue
there will be no huge rise on the homes been done it might go into the 6-7 range then revert as more tins are rattled and another waiting period evolves
noting to see here I’m afraid I hope expectations are tempered as you may be very let down
