Doubt it’s Siksika, I know they thought they’d get the order before Christmas, so they are far more advanced than building a facility. They’re also under the old HC rules so will be at the final stage of their application where they need to have some rooms fitted out with rotogro and like their part owner Oakum, will undoubtedly use our fertigation system.
