I do not think TLS can be immune from the huge losses that it will need to realise in FoxTel (and Kayo), they appear diabolical and given the 30% interest in the JV, I am a little surprised that a profit warning has not been issued and would not be surprised if it is issued fairly quickly or at least reassurance that the losses are made up in other areas?
Change my sentiment from buy to sell and have started reducing.
