    well, it has played right into Evraz's hands right now. Wasn't the Marampa deal Sage's way of diluting Evraz's holding to prevent Evraz from gaining a board seat,and now Sage is courting Evraz with the offer of that seat... I bet in the coming weeks at least one of the board will be booted from within
