what’s are the potential bad outcomes in your mind....? ..can’t you also give your votes over to the Chaiman , they rang me before a recent vote when I hadnt submitted back the forms because I thought they automatically defaulted to the chairman if you did nothing...I think that happens in some cases...I think I ended up giving the HIN numbers over the phone and it was done...probably via text ...
