They only intend to buy "up to" 18.14 mil. That could mean 1mil or 18.14mil. I'm with Monty, I can't see them still buying at 70 or 80 cents. They'd break the bank. They have estimated the cost at 8.34 million. This is what they have budgeted for and I think this is the figure. They won't spend any more than the 8.34mil regardless of the price they pay per share. Even so, surely that amount will go smoeway to clearing any over hang or will it just give some shorter another chance to get aboard?
