Before I get moderated I'm not suggesting this course of action, just passing on what allegedly happened to a particular Director of a building company who left owing creditors close to $40m. Took us for about $50k. The bricklayers and concretors weren't going to be as easy a target as us. We got zero back even though it was found he was trading whilst insolvent for over 2 years. He got off scott free. Now living in Greece from what I heard.
