This is a business that has not met a single forecast ever, from the original prospectus onwards - and failure to meet the current, undisclosed, forecast is an event of default that allows the bank to call in the loans. This will be the second time since an IPO in late '16 that the company is raising more than its entire market cap....so it has sold itself three times in less thanfour years!
