Good to see this settlement for SPX ,but the payout does admit to some wrong doing by those associated with SPX.
Its not totally over yet ,as some associated with the company are still being sued ,may not affect the company much ,yet without more detail ,it still may be a problem for SPX.
But looking like SPX as a company is totally in the clear.
The main issue now is if a large shareholder of the company gets sued and loses ,they may have to sell there SPX shares to pay off what money they owe.
