I guess it is difficult to discuss a stock, ISX, that has not traded for quite some time. Depending on the Court case, any scenario could happen. ISX may have a future, may not, maybe outside ASX, Maybe not.
So this is one unique and in its creation quite a funny sort of thread.
Regulation of payments providers may become part of Australia’s future. I think history of ISX is unlikely to ever occur again as Australia would face too much ridicule and reputational damage.
So perhaps a lot of posts that seem to be on ASX, interaction with ISX, ASIC, claim, counter-claim, the mechanics of investing, sentiment, emotion, may all become things of the past.
Regulation will possibly become the outright winner. I can’t see any other outcome as the damage of another occurrence just gets too great to the whole financial system, Australia, NZ, Asia and America even the global whole.
