The litigation is not over. All that happened was the judge said they’re not allowed to be as aggressive as they were (and fair enough!). It seems to me many of you are reading this announcement as though it means the legal issue is behind us. It’s not. The potential legal costs are still there as is the potential loss of $1m.

For the record I can’t see how they could possibly owe a mining contractor that much money given the amounts of ore mined so I reckon it’s a sham by the contractor and CZL will prevail. All the same it remains a material risk.
