    Cop cut their dividend from 74c to 25c. In 2016 their loss per share was about 2.75 up from 35c a year earlier.
    They werewere bleeding cash and had to act.
    Has zero to do with FAR and I'm dead certain everyone here knows who has the misguided, narrow spewed agenda.
