I agree top 5 would not move for less than 10c
But even if the top 2 or 3 or 4 of the top 5-10 were offered 40 c per share off market,then declared.An on market mop up of say a 50% premium to current SP at time of move, would probably be all that is needed to gain control of the board,more on market offers could be made if needed.
This would effectively render the remaining 50% of holder's captive ,ineffective and stuck with then current SP.
