This is ok but not a great deal. So much potential not to enjoyed by SPX holders.
Ramelius is taking advantage of the depressed SP
61% of 10 VWAP sounds good by the SP was in the dumps over the VMC action
What would the SP be today without the TO offer?
At least 12 cps in my opinion
And down the track much more than 15cps
But management want the quick profit and the deal will happen
Congrats SPX holders, not terrible but not great and that is how it goes on the ASK
