We need some large holders to band together and demand an explanation from the management of this company. It seems however from what @boffa said, good old Andrew is speaking to the top holders and giving them the heads-up about what's going on. I wonder if any of that information is market sensitive?
Are there enough people in this thread who can manage to gather 5% of the holding? It would be interesting to see if we can force a 249D and call for the resignation of one or some of the board members. Get some fresh blood into management as @crusader35 just mentioned.
