Yes, you do have no idea. ISX have been told to provide better particulars.
A Statement of Claim will say something like “The defendant has breached Section A of the ASX Listing Rules”
The particulars then go on to say “The Defendant has breached Section A because of X, Y, and Z”
All asking for better particulars means is to clarify certain points or statements set out in the particulars. ISX aren’t refusing to provide any information, they just hadn’t responded to ASXs request for clarification in the one week since they had made it.
