Interesting question.

Unsure of where the major shareholders stand in relation to this offer.

It certainly appears to be on the lower side all things considered.

If all major holders agree to accept then they have 31% of the vote already accounted for, which should be enough to get the offer over the line.

What we don't know is who if any of the major shareholders are unhappy with this offer.

Could go either way IMO, especially when drilling has been ongoing since 20/01/20 and we supposedly had a backlog of results sitting at the lab?
