dont think thats fair on the cleaner.
although i do agree with his comment in relation to nab and anz, wbc are the darlings at the moment. i do remember a couple of years ago ANZ had that mantle. how the mighty have fallen. nab's issue is that it tried to diversify too much and tried its best to become a quasi investment bank. if it stuck to its core competencies ie retail and business banking, then it would have been half as bad.
