Go to www.nntt.gov.au to check details. I had a look and the application was done under Holocene Pty Ltd on 4/9/08. It is a future act application and the tribunal file number is WF08/27. Its all on the nntt website.
Also if Kintyre Uranium developed in WA while Barnett is leader then roads etc infrastructure could be a bonus as LD not too far from Kintyre Uranium.
