If oppies expire worthless then they have 40% of the company to play with.
I would expect a deal will be done but only after options lapse.
There is no way I would underwrite any CR with option expiry hanging around to further dilute the company again.
Plenty of majors out there that would fund drilling for 40% equity in the project so IMHO this is where we are headed.
