dugsab, It's not normally my way of doing things, but, for once I'm going to try to make a comment on that pretty negative comment that you make "perhaps the worst of the SP is still to come". And I infer from that, when you mention that in the same context of that 11.5 million shares to be issued to SBI tomorrow and implying that those shares will possibly be the cause of that "worst" happening to the SP.
SBI will also be picking up close to $2 million in cash, so, I'm reckoning that that will hold them in good stead for enough time to allow the SP to rise well above the current .039 that they can get at the moment.
I reckon that they are fully aware of what LKE has got and what they will be delivering to the market and will be happy to hold those shares to take advantage of any spike that eventuates with that news. That's how they handled every lot of shares that were converted from CNs during last year.
I'm no longer concerned about SBI being an overhang risk and in any case, once they sell those 11.5 million shares, we'll probably have seen the last of them.
What I am concerned about is that existing shareholders might be tempted to buy shares on market for around .04 and possibly a little less.
If they are considering doing that to take advantage of these very lucrative low levels, I hope that they re-consider and make ANY purchases that they were contemplating through the SPP. Directly to the company.
The company has taken a big hit by closing off that SBI debt and in doing so, has done all shareholders a huge favour by eliminating those dreaded CNs and substantially reducing the remaining shares that are held to way below what would have been the case had the CN's remained.
I'm seriously looking forward to the next few weeks/months and with those CNs out of the way and some potentially exciting stuff that lKE will hit the market with, we should,at last, see the true value of LKE shares which was deprived of us throughout last year when all good news was immediately counteracted by huge dumps, most likely from those CNs that had been converted.
LKE MUST raise as much of that $1.5 million as possible, preferably more, to be able to take full advantage of the huge decision that they have just made on behalf of all shareholders and to progress the company into a very exciting and rewarding future.
