I must say I do applaud efforts to reduce management layers.
If it's done correctly (I'm not sure it has been but hey, what do I know), it should result in deceased managerial costs to improve service and cohesion.
Our business uses exclusively mobile and data services and has not experienced any negative impacts.
Hoping IoT is a game changer for rural remote monitoring, definitely a service the Ag industry is willing to put money behind I think. Telstra well positioned to take advantage of that.
