While there seems to be a technical low pressure system overhanging this one, I can see a fundamental breakout over the next 6 months: - cash rates appear to be leveling off, protecting cash margin - the promise of post royal commission net flows has manifested over the last 2 quarters - out of the top 10 most shorted stocks (20th last time I checked) - it’s gone sideways for 2 years FFS - as a rough calc and heading into 30 June - say 18bn x approx 0.48% (rev) x 35% (approx Ebitda margin) / 63m shares & multiply result by suitable EBITDA margin for fasting growing platform - I get somewhere in the mid $14s..
A lot of catchup work has been done, however technical overhang still seems to be strong. Thoughts ?
