I found a few times that Hindustan Zinc zinc prices were a good leading indicator of the prevailing zinc price on LME. Never correlated any data to confirm it - just recall it being the case in Zfx days
From India infoline (via kitco) Sept 18 - "Hindustan Zinc has slipped by 4.5% to Rs469. The company announced that it raised zinc and lead prices for the second time in six days."
