I am sorry but your interpretation is a little off, re-read my last excerpt from the recent announcement.

This is what I call shooting from the hip, the company will only be stuffed if all of the recently announced restructuring and CR are not completed, writing off a company purely on being in suspension is crazy IMO. If the company is able to address all the restructuring with MGI the company will have the means to raise capital, following a successful CR the company will resist.

If they don't have commitments from MGI, Vector board, management, shareholders, Magna, Riverfort, TMB and SOKIMO will all suffer.

My interpretation of the last announcement is that it outlines that all parties fate lies with Mr Guy Roberts, lets see what comes
