Hang on... Where are the answers here?
We are told only that there was US$24m in misreported earnings (manipulated to inflate profits), and yet there is no accountability??? This is once again blatant corporate fraud. The people responsible had their employment terminated, though no transparency on their motivations? Just swept under the carpet? Even better they are reportedly looking up the chain of corporate (mis)governance for an internal CEO candidate...
Imagine if ASIC did their job, rather than allow these activities in corporate Australia to flourish... Blue Sky? Nothing to see here... Add one more to the list.
