I guess it all comes down to how high the cobalt price goes when this supply/demand equation swings the other way.
Does CLA need another project to ensure viability until then?
If so, it would want to be in a position to make money relatively soon, or provide much greater SH value that the market can recognise and reflect in the SP imo.
