No I'm not trying to convince myself of that. I'd be fairly confident that company operatives either watch HC or get feedback from people who do. By way of example, this Taktik guy/girl comes on the other evening with his first CVI post ever, and says he has an email from the CEO to share with us.

Therefore, in my above reply to him/her I'm attempting to telegraph to the company that if they do a few very simple things, enormous value could well be restored. There is absolutely no reason why they shouldn't do it. So why won't they?
