    A huge amount and here comes inflation like no tomorrow.

    Which if you have a secure job and a mortgage to pay is great. As your salary will increase and your debt will fall away in value. Its the only way I see the Australian housing market can correct to true value without lots of pain for the famous Australian battler!!!
