funds plus major shareholders have just brought in and likely gave no value to PE.
downward pressure is just an opportunity before PE outcome as everyone waits as for the volumes given the amount of shares out there are they really that large or just swaps.
underlying value in the asset remains regardless of who is driving the vehicle.
nothing more than timing.
