I'll admit I really haven't followed the WKT for a fair while. The question I have from a non bias outsider is why is funding taking so long? $40m is absolute PEANUTS. When you have 100%+ IRR, I would have thought funding would have been locked in months ago, even taking into consideration the location of the project.
