    Hello Sahana,

    More Surveilance is needed of the Markets in general and that includes excessive Short Selling Practices. Presently, I THINK even Company Directors could lend Shares to Short Sellers and possibily Director Shares should be held in the likes of Government controlled Trust to elimate this possibility.
