    so in my opinion, these issues have all been seen before. Raising funds, the equipment is not adequate and/or outdated, logistical issues etc etc. I have been to all AGM's except the last one and I have heard all of these statements. Is this dejavu? Well it certainly is for me!

    this is all of course in my humble opinion
